I purchased a silver claddagh ring with an amethyst in it in memory of a loved one who passed a few days before. I only wore it twice to work (I work in an office and am not tough on my jewelry) the stone fell out and I couldn't find it. I chatted with customer support online who said I have to go to the store and could refund it or repair it.
