Bought a wedding band for my wife for over $1000.00. It has stones falling out within 13 months. We brought it in to be repaired and it has been over a month and they are trying to charge a fee to fix their shoddy product. I was sold a lifetime protection plan and now they are trying to wiggle out of it. Avoid Kay Jewelers at all costs. This is costume jewelry. 13 months in and stones are falling out, so much for a lifetime of memories
