Had an AWFUL experience with BREE today. I brought a necklace in, that was bought less than a month ago and only wore once, which had broke. BREE asked if I had insurance which my husband hadn’t bought. Luckily, Megan came over and decided since it was new she would just switch it out. Very happy with this fix. Then Bree asked if I was having a bad day and said I was rude to her.
