I won't be shopping at Kay again. The staff was friendly when I bought the ring. They added on the protection plan automatically. I didn't really look at the price. But I thought the warranty would be a good idea. When I got home, I looked at the receipt. It was $75! My ring wasn't very expensive. A little while later, I needed my ring sized. We bought my engagement ring and wedding band as a set and they were soldered together after our wedding on 8/8/2020. I received the other band for our anniversary and it was slightly too big. We had asked the store, which they said they could do, to resize the new band to the existing ring and solder it all together. It looks as though they didn’t resize the ring causing it to look warped in the back. The solder is also messed up as the ring is not flush with the others like it’s supposed to be.
