What a great experience at this location. We worked with Cody, Reba, and Coleman. I came in because my 20 year old wedding set was too small- I came thinking about sizing them and left with an upgrade. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was very busy with guests waiting and they didn’t rush us or make us feel like all my questions or wanting to try different options were a problem. Customer service like this is definitely rare this day and age. My husband and I were very happy with our visit.
Randy was amazing! I wasn't sure exactly what i wanted abd Randy took his time to answer all questions that I had and explain everything in detail. Definitely an asset to your company!

Best place I’ve ever visited
I had an incredible experience with the team at the Kay Jewelers in Grove City! I came into get an idea about what kind of ring my girlfriend would love and the three ladies, Becky, Chi and Reba took their time explaining the different styles and shapes of rings along with the meaning behind them. I can’t wait to go back and work with them again.
