We were in and out in and out within 45 minutes. They had the ring I wanted, and several other pieces I had seen online. But I finally ended up on the one ring, got it, the extended warranty, and was a very happy camper. The service here was excellent!
Terrible customer service. I went there to get a ring for my fiancé and an Asian lady name Sail was there’s I asked her to help me and she wasn’t very interested to show me anything I felt I was forcing her to do her job. And the next day when I took my fiancé herself and had Sail to show her the ring I chose for her and she told us “oh, it’s the same ring you looked the other day you know everything about it already” I felt very embarrassed in front of my fiancé and other people that was there.
