I have been to Kay Jewelry store in Clifton on rt 3 multiple times i love their customer service there so much, they make me feel like family.
AJ was so patient and helpful with helping me find the perfect diamond earrings. Definitely ask for him if you’re indecisive.. he will make sure you’re absolutely satisfied with what you pick. Over all great experience at Kay Jewelers 10/10
Terrible service. My fiance was told lies on the expected delivery date of the ring by the manager at Kay. He gave them a 2 week buffer from the expected delivery date. He was told the week of the proposal that there is a "chance" he would get it. When he called Kay Jewelers customer service, he was told the expected delivery was still 2-3 weeks away and they were unsure why they told him a month earlier as the delivery date and continued to give him hope. Terrible experience for such a wonderful moment.
