The staff at this location would benefit greatly by adopting the professional conduct and friendly customer service attitude we always experience at Easton Town Center. When I brought my ring in for repair .. i stood at the counter for over 6 mins without being acknowledged. Finally, when I was the lady was not friendly and I had to ask all the pertinent questions about when I could pick up? what could I do to limited the numerous times the diamonds keep falling out..
