It was super awesome shopping for watches with Tim today! He definitely knows his craft and the stores inventory. He made it easy choosing a watch to buy. If you’re ever watch shopping Tim is your go to in Kay’s!
I was so excited to see Ms. Jackson today because she’s the one who helped us start our credit journey back in 2017 when we opened an account with her. She taught me about the value of luxury credit, and now, almost 10 years later, my credit is excellent. Thanks to her advice, my husband and I were able to build our dream home. I truly love and appreciate Ms. Jackson for all she’s done for us, we’ll be back soon for our next upgrades!!!
We went in to get my wife’s rings cleaned and inspected and we left with a new upgraded set for a steal of a deal! Just in time for our anniversary next weekend. Mrs. Brenda was phenomenal through the entire experience. She’s great at what she does. We would highly recommend stopping by and specifically asking for Mrs. Brenda!

Heather was amazing with my experience at Kay. I lost my diamond in my engagement ring and Heather helped me pick and design a new ring. I can not thank her enough for the time she has taken to make sure I got what I wanted. I am beyond excited to see it when it comes in The entire staff was very helpful.
