Margot is an amazing person to work with. She's a very knowledge, kind, and patient individual. She fought tooth and nail to get my husband his new chain with an exchange that didn't want to work with us at first. I highly recommend Margot and everyone at this Kay's location. The PEOPLE working the stores we shop can choose to give 1-10 style levels of service. When dealing with high priced items and luxury stores you expect great people to be supporting the company policys and treating everyone with respect . The current group is ran by people who smile and greet you as you step in. They have the attitude and personalities of people who care and are very descriptive and informational of there products. Samantha went above and beyond with us. My fiancee is very indecisive and she was so patient and knowledgeable working with us to figure out what my fiancee likes. My fiancee wanted to take a day to think about her options so we chose to not purchase that day. When we came back Samantha was off but had given us her phone number in case we needed help.
