I was having trouble getting my credit card figured out over the phone and was instructed to stop in. I was frustrated at first but when I had a a great experience working with Margot and her team at the stow location. She was transparent and worked diligently with and for me. I will absolutely be back to this specific store to work with these individuals again! If you are considering a trusted store, this is your last stop.
My boyfriend and I were looking at rings and were helped by Samantha who was absolutely amazing! She was kind, funny and very knowledgeable. If you need help, definitely ask for her. :)
Hailey was very helpful and made our diamond repair go smoothly. She was very knowledgeable about the process! I will be coming back to purchase all of my jewelry for her.
