This location is thee absolute WORST LOCATION TO COME TO. There are three woman who are absolutely rude. My 92 old grandmother was trying to pay her bill. And we were ignored a then when I asked for help. The older lady was completely rude and stated “ we have to wait for help” as you can see there weren’t many ppl in the store. To be treated as such.
She was amazing and so friendly great person
Disappointed with the service at this location. While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I was buying my ring, the energy changed completely once I became a returning customer for my mandatory 6-month inspections. This is the second time in a row I’ve been treated rudely. The staff behind the counter was dismissive and acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. If you want consistent service after your purchase, you might want to look elsewhere
