My wife went in here to purchase a ring for me and we go to pick it up cause it said it was ready. The store associate sent the ring to the store in Ann Arbor... it gets better, they ask us if we just want them to mail it or we go pick it up, we told them just mail it so we can come here and get it and not drive 3 hours. Today comes and so my wife goes to pick it up cause its arrived at the mishawaka store. She walks in thinking its going to be quick in and out cause she has to get back to work...
