I took my wedding set in to be repaired. My dog chewed on it and shifted the soldering. Because the rings were still connected but misaligned, I could not wear it. I told them I wanted the solder to be corrected so I could wear my ring. It was left at the store the beginning of April and I called for an update May 7th. I was informed that it could not be fixed at the first place it was sent to and would have to be mailed to the home office. I stopped in on a Saturday around 2:00 2:30 because a small diamond on the side of my ring had fallen out and I wanted to get it fixed as well it was thinking about buying another ring to go with it but while I was there and asked about having the repair done the lady inspected my ring under the microscope and then proceeded to tell me that my ring was sterling silver or more than likely stainless steel that it didn't have any markings on it and that they probably couldn't repair it because it was stainless steel but if I wa... read more
