We have been loyal customers for years, however will not be anymore. I have 2 rings that are insured and need to be repaired pretty consistently. Twice now I have gone to this location which is an hour away to find it closed during regular business hours. This is a huge inconvenience. When we still had a river gate location, I never had this issue. I will not continue to make purchases with kay anymore

My husband called this morning around 11:30 to verify that the store was open today. He was told that yes, the store would be open until 7pm today. (We had come before on Valentine's day and at 5:15 pm that day the store was already closed despite the hours starting they would be open until 7pm) He ordered a ring online for me for our 25th anniversary and it's supposedly there for us to pick up. Declan was amazing, so kind and attentive to my needs. Husband's watch needed attention and he waisted no time getting it situated for me with no wait time! Highly recommend. I'll be back for sure!
