Amazing staff. Great selection
I have to give credit where credit is due. Previously I had sent a review on this exact salesperson. It wasn’t really a positive review. I came in the other day and she approached me, asked if I needed help. We proceeded to take care of what I needed. She was so helpful and informative. I just wanted to let you know.
By far the worst experience in buying jewelry. Avoid this place like the plague. Go to Brilliant Earth. Told we could return a ring and get the correct size for free. Upon doing so, dealt with an individual that wanted us to pay for a resizing.
