When I walked into the store, I was greeted by Tia, one of the store associates. I explained that I needed a chain for my wife's pendant but was concerned if the chain would break. She educated me which chain would work best and the style that would suit the pendant as well. If you are looking for jewelry this Xmas and not sure where or who to talk too.
