I love shopping at Kay Jewelers. Excellent and great experience provided especially by Tina- who is an amazing and awesome seller and friend. She always offer what is best for me, she made my dream ring come true, and i have the best ring because of her with excellent price. I go to Kay just because of her, she is amazing and gives you the best prices and deals and what is best for your pocket. If i would rate her i would say 10/10. Excellent service consistently, the manager there is named Frank and he consistently saves e money! With every purchase I feel like I have made an investment. I felt the need to review as a response to the review about the piece she was looking for being discontinued. It is incredible to me that she assumed a price would be guaranteed if she didn't put the item into the layaway. I absolutely love the mall, the people and especially the manager. FURIOUS !!! DON'T EVER SHOP AT KAY JEWELERS INSIDE FAIRLANE MALL. I WENT THERE 2 WEEKS AGO FOUND 2 RINGS I WANTED FOR MYSELF & HUBBY. THE "MANAGER FRANK" TOLD ME THEY WERE HAVING A SALE THIS WEEKEND IF I WANTED TO WAIT 'TILL THEN TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. I SAID YES, OF COURSE (WHO DOESN'T LOVE A SALE?) HE WROTE DOWN THE BARCODE NUMBER WITH PRICING OF THE RINGS ON HIS BUSINESS CARD. I WENT IN THERE TODAY GAVE THIS OTHER KID THE CARD I WAS PROVIDED.
