Was initially a good experience so we purchased a ring. We had problems with said ring from stones falling out to sharp edges and had it sent of several times but it came back worse each time. Center stone came back off-center and there was hard residue left that we couldn’t get off ourselves. I was finally given a new ring to have more stones fall out. After about 5 different send offs in less than 6 months I finally requested a refund. They keep trying to give me store value towards ANOTHER item and after I rejected I was ... read more
