Went to Kay’s at Valley Hills Mall helping shop for my soon to be brother in law a ring to give my sister. Kaylie was very helpful and patient as we went back and forth between multiple ring options.
They was so great and greeted us and went above and beyond and Monica shuford is amazing as well
the best customer service I have ever had. i ask Kayla about my bracelet and she got the ASM who is Monica to help us. showed me a easy way to put my bracelet on. both are very knowledgeable. this is the service I love. i hope someone will acknowledge their performance. Mike&Emma Goodnight
