Michelle and Carol at Kay Jewelers in Flatirons was amazing! She helped me and my wife with our rings, necklace, and everything else we needed. Super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend asking for Karol!

Riley & Carol were a wonderful help in fixing an online order that left us very unsatisfied. Crooked set stone with a chip in it showed up and what a let down. They swapped the necklace out for an exact match in store with no defects. Loved their service and smiles. Will visit again.
Riley & Carol were great and quick with their customer service. If you need anything beautiful come see them.
