I have shopped at Kays since I was a teenager and I'm 35 for reference. I recently got my moms earings for Christmas 2 years ago. They came quick and packaged beautifully. She wears them everyday. Now fast forward to her birthday in June. I ordered her a necklace, it was originally $200 but it was on sale for $125. It arrived in a box by it self just loose in the box and it arrived damage and the quality was awful.
