Called in after waiting 5 weeks for an eta on my ring repair, the ring was in my possesion for 6 months and had been inspected before the 6 month mark. The representative let me know it can take 2-3 months when going to monique for a repair and lmk logan would call within the hour. The original rep calls back to let me know my ring will arrive by late August. I let her know i would like a replacement or store credit as I never want this to happen again. Kay's @ Rancho is my go to store! My jewelry rep is Mary. The attention she gives is invaluable. I have bought quite a few items and have even skipped out on a couple of items all because of her honesty! I have some "natural" items I considered trading in and she advised against it mainly because they were limited items. I'm so grateful for her honesty advice. She is definitely your go to girl!
