Got a promise ring for my significant other. Stone fell out of it within 25 days. Went back and they were gonna swap it but offered the protection plan for 79 DOLLARS but said it covered lost gemstone. I was haooy to get that for her. They lied. It does not cover lost gemstones. The saleswoman didnt even bother getting her a ring that was the correct size ordered and told us they only had one ring in stock and it was 1 size up so we had to use the spacer. I took my ring to get resized , but when I picked it up it was too tight. After waiting 3 weeks I was a bit disappointed and sad I couldn’t wear it because I got sized by a women there so that we didn’t get the wrong size , I thought I would have to wait another 3 weeks but UZAIR stepped in was very kind and patient with me, asked what they could do to make it right & got it expedited.
