The sales person l had was very pushy and was all about the up sale.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Kay Jewelers. Tori helped me pick out the perfect ring and made the whole process so special. She was patient, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be back because of her!

Nancy and Roux and Tori did an amazing job helping me to get my pearl bracelet re made. Its better now than it was brand new!! They paid excellent attention to detail in making sure i had the right clasp and am currently working on custom matching earrings, Thanks for the great experience!
