Drove to the mall to shop at Kay Jewelers because the online ad says still open. We found them to have been closed for a year now! So we ended up Stow Kay's
Received very rude customer service on the phone. No reason for it and quite frankly unprofessional. I called to ask when I should come in to have my 6 month ring inspection per their policy for the warranty. I had missed my date and am currently quarantining because of a positive covid test. I did not want to void the warranty by not coming in, and did not want to come in and expose people, hence why I was calling to ask what they needed. Phenomenal! The most wonderful service. I’ve just went to the Le Vian show and wowed! They have such a good selection. It was so hard to decide. The prices are fair and they will work with you.
