Lisa and her co workers were great!! She was wonderful as I chose a new ring… giving advise and being patient as I looked around….helped with that and then tech problems when checking out!! Lisa was amazing!!! Everyone was!!
Purchased my first piece of jewelry in years. A beautiful multi diamond ring. I love it.! Christy waited on me and was awesome! I didnf feel rushed and got to try on numerous rings. She was great and will definitely be back!
I was sold a ring in March of 2024. I was told it had a warranty on it and that if a stone came out it would be covered under warranty and I wouldn’t have to pay to have it replaced. In July of 2025 the ring was inspected and cleaned. At the end of August the main stone fell out. When I took it in to get it repaired I was told I only had warranty on the set, that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay 449 for the metal work! So no, their warranty sucks!
