One sales woman is phenomenal. The rest seem to have poor attitudes. Drove 50 minutes for a repair and was told I couldn't get it. Ironically when it was dropped off my ID was given as a back up person. Ordered a wedding band online to be shipped to the store size 8. Came on size 7 the store just wanted to sell a warranty on it. Even customer service over the phone just wanted to add the warranty. No paperwork or anything given just a poor customer service all together.
I have shopped at Kay Jewelers for fifty years and never been disappointed. Approximately the past ten years I have dealt with Christy at Kay Jewelers in the Mercer Mall, I highly recommend her because of her honesty, professionalism, intelligence and her wonderful personality.
Lisa is absolutely fabulous! Thank you so very much. You helped make me the happiest woman in the world, knowing that I get to spend the rest of my days with the best man!
