I had my ears double and triple pierced by Wayne. He did a wonderful job!
Do not use this jeweler to purchase or repair your jewelry. I used them for both and had to take my very expensive ring elsewhere for repair for the damages they caused. They also applied a huge repair and cleaning fee I never asked for.....go elsewhere for good service. They are very polite but that doesn't mean anything if they can not do the work.
We have done business with Kay for years normally purchase several pieces of jewelry each year however after our experience tonight with KIM we will shop elsewhere, we went in for jewelry inspection to keep warranty and to look for my wife a birthday present however when she seen she had several pieces to inspect she became pretty rude and very short.
