Always rude! Whenever we call in they always act like they hate their lives. We went in to pick out my engagement ring, ended up going to Rockford because Sterling people did not seem to care! Worth the 1 hour drive to just go to Rockford!
They are only open until 5 on Sunday's. We made a special trip to pickup my husbands wedding band. We showed up at 5:20 and the security bars were down, not impressed. What is the point of a website if it has wrong information?
Stopped in for a levian chocolate diamond ring for my wife. Only to note the "no concealed carry" sign on the front door. They lost a sale as my father in law and I got back in the truck and left.
