We worked with Theresa and she was amazing, she helped us as soon as she finished with her other customers and worked on my watch very quickly.
I brought in a ring that I was given to see if it was real or costume jewelry. The clerk answered all my questions and verified authenticity.
Watch out. Got a ring inspected and never put into system and got screwed for being past due. Make sure you get something proving it was inspected.
Phenomenal experience. Great manager and very helpful staff. Excellent with kids, and professional. They helped me to narrow down what I was looking at and find what I needed while being in range with my budget.
I was at Kay Jewelers earlier today to have my watch band adjusted . I had purchased my new watch else where and went to Kay Jewelers for their fine service . Theresa was there to help me . She was so friendly , helpful , & courteous that she adjusted my watch band just right . Thank you Theresa !
