Had an awesome experience with Jose last month (sorry for the late shout out!). He helped me pick out a necklace of pearls for my wife and made the experience great. He was patient, answered my questions, and most importantly: he was never pushy or doing that obnoxious "upselling" nonsense other sales people are encouraged to do. If more sales experiences were like this one, I'd have a more positive opinion of sales experiences in general. Thanks again Jose, my wife loved her gift!

Friendly and helpful employees. NO high pressure sales. We've purchased several items from them in the last year - from a watch, to earrings, to an emerald ring and more. They also replace watch batteries - which is a really nice (and reasonable) service. Be sure to check out their clearance section for some really good values. It's definitely our go-to jewelry store.
