I have a 30+ year old 10k gold bracelet, one of the links broke(10/3). Jose was extremely helpful to me in getting it sent off to be repaired. He initially told me it would be a 2 week turn around. I received a call from Chloe on Tuesday(10/21). The time flew by. I am exceptionally pleased to have my bracelet back like new. I also want to mention Jaelyn. We were assisted by Cleomarie and she was very patient. We tried so many rings combinations and she patiently shows as many as she could. It took us three visits to get what we wanted.
