Came in here hoping for a quick, in-and-out experience. What I got instead was a full-on, personalized consultation. The staff here has no respect for a person's desire to just be left alone with their thoughts and the shiny things. They were so attentive and knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about me finding something I'd love. I'm not used to this level of customer service, and frankly, it's exhausting. Rhamel was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% certain on my purchase. He took the time to take extra links out of my wife's watch and showed me how to use my watch and make adjustments. Thank you! Give him a raise.
