Well well well bought a bracelet on black friday broke on the 22nd of December sent it out for repair came back on Jan 10, still broke and the piece that broke of that they were supposed to repaired got put on backwards. Sent it out for repair again. Got back on the Jan 21. This time its all in one piece but, the piece they were supposed to fix its on backwards once again. Thank you have nice day!
