Love them as always Excellent service unlike the one in Eastchase, the Manager sucks
I brought my husband’s watch in for a new band. None were available but if I purchased one somewhere else they would put it on for me. Holly was wonderful. The pins that came with the band didn’t fit. She spent a lot of time on it and charged me zero. Terrific service. Thank you Holly!
Fantastic customer service!! Respectful and professional.!! Enjoyed my visit today

Had the best experience with Holly at Kay’s in Prattville. She is the best!
