This location is 1000 times better than the one in Eastchase. They are friendly and courteous. That’s what I expect when I go into a Kay’s jewelry. The one in Eastchase should be closed down the manager. Sandra is a nightmare. I will never return to that location again, I plan on buying more jewelry and I am so glad I did not spend it in the Eastchase location. The Prattville location is amazing.
We came in only a couple weeks before our wedding because in the midst of all our wedding planning we forgot to buy our wedding bands! Thankfully, one of the employees, Austin helped us out a TON by helping us find a ring that we could get in time for our wedding. Highly recommend and shoutout to Austin!
