I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS! Absolutely crazy how they ran us out of the store we came in to buy a wedding band on Valentine’s Day and the manager (I’m assuming) with floral tattoos told us we should just order it online with absolutely no help whatsoever Kay needs to look into this location and find better associates!

Sales Rep Vic was extremely helpful with the set selection...showed different variations and pricing. Helped select the perfect Wedding Ring/Band. Even took time to clean rings currently wearing. Great service. Great store!!
I do not know any other way to phrase this other than to say exactly what it is....... They LIED directly to my face about whether or not they were doing a credit check. I was very clear when I stated that I wanted to buy my wife a ring and that I wanted to pay cash. No financing. No blowing smoke about just how much credit I qualified for. I already know that my credit score is far north of 800. That does not mean that I want to finance a $10,000 diamond ring just because I can. I wanted to pay cash for a $3k ring.
