This store hit it out of the park with me! Plus I am not an easy please, but my guy, Lance had great attitude from start. Desiree (Mgr) and he did extensive research to help figure out what coverage i had from 20 years ago! Lincoln grabbed the ring and sent it out a i was still in store! My fiancé got my engagement ring at the Kay’s in Goshen Indiana. The service is always so great and they make it a point to help in anyway they can. When waiting on my ring for sizing and for an issue I had. They made sure to get it sent out and back to me in a week! Love this location. Highly recommend going to them!
