Unbelievable service. After waiting weeks with another generator company to get me a new generator, Kay came over within a day ,gave me a quote, and installed a new unit within a week. Their techs, Tony and Troy were very proffesional and helpful.
We were very happy with the Kay Generator team that helped us get our new Generac set up. They were friendly and allowed us to watch and ask questions. After the two day installation, we felt like good friends with Tony and Troy. We also appreciated them being neat and tidy. We feel ready now for whatever the weather brings.
