This lash class was informative but her lack of communication is horrible. I understand we are all busy but if you are too busy to communicate with your students in a timely matter than you shouldn’t be teaching classes. I was happy the day I left, but a few weeks later, after they healed, it turned out to be a pretty spotty result. One side is as if I had nothing done. I set up my touch up appointment, and she canceled at the last minute and offered a discount to makeup for it. Fine, no worries.
