Needed an engine installed in my car so I left it at his shop for a month to be repaired while I was out of town. I came back and they had my car completely stripped. I’m currently in a civil lawsuit with this dealer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Me and my boyfriend went to Kay Auto we left the car there for a week problem was the break sensor and we come back a week later and the guy stated I need three things to in order for the car to move . Everytime I go to this place he always says there a problem or more and charges an arm and leg fee . I don’t recommend this place at all
I would not recommend this business to fix your vehicle and if I could give zero stars I would! I brought my boyfriend Greg’s 2012 Dodge grand caravan to be looked at because he had a check engine light come on. I left the van there for about 3 days and when I called to check he told me that I needed a new transmission. I then told him that I would pick up the vehicle and get a second opinion. I was on my way to a pig bottom party and my Hyundai broke down so I had it towed to Kay Auto Inc. The owner was rude because of my sexual orientation and I was treated with such disrespect. He then started yelling at my poodle who was in the backseat barking because he was scared. The owner called me derogatory names and kept grabbing at himself.
