Wonderful Customer Service
Great experience today at kays. Walked in hoping to get a ring but was unfortunately disappointed because they don't have the ring in store, but through the disappointment I ended up walking out with 2 pairs of earrings instead. Lol. Danielle was a great sales person she was personable kind and took her time during helping and us and explaining things to us. My fiance and i came in week of the wedding to look for a ring, everything was so last minute we didn’t have much hope. Jake worked with us so diligently to make sure the ring came before the big day. He had even come in on his day off to pick it up from another store so we could have it in time.
