Excellent experience, the ladies there are great.
Me and my other mom Carolyn went to Kay's and we were there at least 3 hours. She brought her entire box of jewelry there to get it cleaned and inspected. And there was alot! Plus I had a few pieces to get cleaned and inspected as well. Dawn and Jake helped us and were very sweet and patient and very welcoming. They truly make Kay's experience absolutely wonderful. I want to thank you both for the laughs and good time we had while we were there.
My new custom earrings are PHENOMENAL! Also, I couldn't have better assistance with Dawn and Jake! They were professional and yet down to earth. They really took their time with me too. Dawn and Jake should be placed on a pedestal! They really aided me in making my decisions on my custom earrings absolutely perfect! And...please let the jewelry experts at Kay who work behind the scenes know their craftsmanship will not be forgotten!
