Thank you guys for everything. Everyone at the Elyria location is extremely wonderful. They are all so kind and helpful and knowledgeable especially Jake. He was very patient and helpful with getting my ring resized He was very knowledgeable on upkeep, and had a very friendly but utmost professional display of character.
Danielle was very helpful, made picking the right ring very easy and made me feel very welcomed. 10/10 service!
Danielle pierced my daughter’s ears today. She’s 2 and was scared because another place messed up her ears. The entire staff was amazing! I’m definitely going back. I love places and people that are actually caring! Thank you Danielle and staff!!?
jake always makes sure we are taken care of when we come in for ring cleanings and other issues ! he also loves crazy socks and complimented my duck socks. great customer service at this store !
