I will never buy anything from this location since no one can seem to measure my wife's wedding band properly. We are getting married in 2 days and the ring still isn't sized right (after already sending it in 2 times in the last week). Completely unacceptable. It shouldn't be this difficult. I will be making my future jewelry purchases else where. I will definitely tell everyone we know about this as well as publish on social media. The staff here are very nice and helpful throughout the buying process. That said, the bank that KAY uses for their promotional finance plans is terrible. KAY teams up with Comenity Bank to handle the "KAY Card". Once the purchase is made in store, you set up your account online with Comenity. Like any other credit card, they push eco-billing (paperless and auto-billing). Naturally, I signed up as I knew (or thought I knew) the payment that would be made for the next 12 months. I was pleasantly surprised on the courtesy and professionalism of Bill Haski. I came in looking for something special for my wife's 50th birthday. I am so glad to have met Bill Haski he is as knowledgeable and passionate about jewlery as anyone I have dealt with. He made the purchase simple and seemless.
