First off, the lady who we were welcomed with had an attitude as soon as we walked in. She was rude about asking for sizing and telling me it “clearly was too small,” had a horrible look on her face and made minimalistic conversation. After this experience I will for sure not be shopping at Kay for the future. Poor customer service, poor attitudes, and poor communication. We had Gabby help us. She was very accommodating and great listener. My boyfriend and I both felt like we got a very good start to our engagement process.
Went in with my best friend to get our dream wedding rings, and Saeli was absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ll admit we were a bit indecisive, but she did such a great job helping us decide. If you’re looking for a place to shop your ring definitely come here!

My name is Deena Driscoll, I had the best pleasant experience today at the Kay at HTC, the Manager, her name was Miraiah, she helped me find the exact present that I needed for each sibling and grandchild, you’re very lucky to have a manager or even an employee as pleasant as her to wait on you. Make sure you keep her around as long as you can., she even cleaned up my older rings and let me know what ones that I had for that were worth anything. I was very happy when I left With my bag of goodies, lol
