Dear kawneer, as a person who has put your product to use I've found over the past few years that your quality control sucks, doors with bubble gum welds,missing holes or missing hardware, insufficient screws to hang said doors, cross members a blind person could tell weren't straight, not to mention the bird crap on full length materials ordered.... just overall not impressed anymore

Not a bad place to work at, but the management and higher ups are awful and there's alot of favoritism that goes on. I was getting trained on 1st shift cuz I was going to run 2nd shift on my machine, and the higher ups loved me and my work ethic. Then once I blew my knee out, they told me it wasn't that bad and won't need surgery, when I definitely needed it a Reconstructive ACL surgery... they paid for my surgery and fees, then once I came back after 7months. HR department isn't very professional. Training is terrible because the training is put solely into the employee's hand, no supervision, no check ins. So when a new employee makes a mistake, its their fault, not the lack of training program. Most supervisors are miserable to deal with at best. Employees on both shifts are rude, disrespectful and stupid. They would rather put new people down than help teach them the proper way of doing things.
