The baddest and poorest customer experience I ever had. Kawi delievered a poorly manufactured needle puller, the nut didn't even match the homemade thread. Quality control = 0 After asking for pictures and a video showing that the tool is not good, kawi blamed me for the poor quality of their tool and asked me to pay to return it. I live in Europe so the shipping cost is equal to the cost of the tool so of course I won't pay to return it... Would not trust the extra 2 day shipping. Does not mean the order will arrive within 2 days. Could be 6 days or more sometimes i guess.
