Ordered a valve cover gasket on September 30th, 2025. Didn't get a tracking number till the 3rd of October (paid for fedex overnight), but low and behold they cancelled our order. No refund, no phone call, nothing. EXTREMLY UNPROFFESIONAL. If we dont hear back we will consider legal action. Don't have a problem changing my review, but until then it will stay one star.
Excellent service and support!! Its my only go to for Kawasaki pwc parts or performance
