Good afternoon, at KAWI they do not care what happens to your part or that you lose money, I sent my ECU computer for a job and I lost the ECU and I lost the money that I paid them, I have been waiting for approximately a year for their response or their solution to my problem and the response never arrived, my ECU never arrived at my address, they never took responsibility, there was nothing in return, terrible service, I have sent more than 20 emails to them and even though they knew the situation, it was only back and for... read more
Ordered a valve cover gasket on September 30th, 2025. Didn't get a tracking number till the 3rd of October (paid for fedex overnight), but low and behold they cancelled our order. No refund, no phone call, nothing. EXTREMLY UNPROFFESIONAL. If we dont hear back we will consider legal action. Don't have a problem changing my review, but until then it will stay one star.
