The place needs a lot more signage. Starting at the parking area, which is not clear whether it is paid parking. I took a risk that it was not. No sign on outside of building to point to entrance. I tried 3 doors before I got in. Inside was like a ghosttown. I may have seen 5 other patients walking around. Again, hardly any signage. Certainly not a Royston experience. Surgery delayed for over 4 hours. Poor communication and could hear pre op staff talking about issues and private life while I had to wait. Dehydrated and getting pretty upset by the time it happened.

My Sis had an eye operation.She couldn't praise the hospital enough. 5 star care. She was over the moon with everyone. So thoughtful and caring. Thankyou to everyone.

My son had his tonsils removed here. All the staff were lovely to us, explaining everything to him and making him feel at ease. Great facilities too. Thank you so much.

Better than Royston. A completely different world compared to across the road. User pays of course. But the level of care is . The nurses are amazing!!. Another visit still pretty amazing. The nurses are next level.
