My mother in law went to an appointment and they were so kind and knowledgeable about the procedure she was going to do. Nickoli was so kind and walked me through the area where she was going to sleep. He was so nice and funny he made the place feel comfortable and safe for not only my mother in law but for me as well. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! They were not able to diagnose anything.. didn’t use the billing address we provided I never got a bill and ended up in collections 6 months later. Tarnishes the KDH brand!
The product they use for the sleep study is being RECALLED. They have not replaced the machines and they do not tell you over the phone. They send a preliminary packet to your house AND IT DOESN'T SAY THAT. At the center they give you a bunch of papers to sign, don't say anything about the recall and place a release of liability in the packet. It states you can DIE. They need to REPLACE THE FAULTY PRODUCTS NOW. THEY SHOULD NOT BE TAKING PATIENTS. READ ALL THE PAPERS 📃. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.

My Mom had a appointment set up and they told us she had to get the COVID19 Test done 24 hours before her appointment and that it would be provided by them. Her appointment date came and we thought they would call my mom 24 hours before since they said the test had to be done and would be provided by THEM. We called multiple times to figure out when she was going to get her test done and no one answered.
