I came in here today with my mom at 9am and it is currently 4pm and still haven't seen a doctor she is in a lot of pain and needs her results but everyone says the Dr will be in soon and nobody has shown up plus apparently nobody knows what is going on they don't help you when you need help up worst experience ever especially when someone is in pain and waiting results. I spent my whole day in the ER with my 2 1/2 year old in the isolation area. To leave disappointed and mad at the handling of my sons care. To basically feel like we were shooed away when released. My little came home without the nurse even checking him thoroughly to remove the catheter bag around his private. Not once being there did they ask if he was hungry or thirsty. What the heck is going on. I should of went to children's
Your wait time will be 10+ hours ans you will leave still not knowing what is wrong and still in the same pain you went in with CLOSE THIS PLACE!!
Went in with my feverish 13 month old and can only say kind things about this place. Nice, caring staff and quick service when it came to my baby being sick and feverish. Glad to see maintenance man cleaning up and doing his rounds on the restrooms frequently to keep things nice and clean.
