went there 4 different times within a few days of each other, because FAMILY HealthCare Network had told me what I had was a life & death situation, (one of the times, I was even referred directly from FHCN), so i had sat there for several hours (sometimes even up to 8 hours) and they refused to see me, but they definitely made sure to take my temperature/blood pressure & such, so they could still get paid through Medi-Cal whether they see me or not … something is definitely wrong when a hospital emergency room has 3.7 stars... read more

If I could I would do no stars this Place didn’t know how to be professional and keep the patient happy to even feel the basic feeling of valued. To be treated as a joke from the hospital woild not recommend if you have questions or emergencies
