Worse experience at this emergency room. They proceeded to forget about their patients and care. I went with my cousin to the emergency room for chest pain, and they gave her an IV and other medications. After being there for 5 hours in the waiting room, they released her after forgetting about her being there. They let her walk out with the IV needle still in her arm. It is TERRIBLE EMERGENCY ROOM it was long time to waiting in lobby room for 8 hrs! No one called my name till I saw some people that arrive after me. They already called them instead of me!????
I would much rather be ran over than go here again. Worst experience ever. Nurses/Receptionist were rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. They were irritated half time just by doing their job. Overall, would rather be in pain and wait doctors appointments than wait 4 light years for a simple check up.
Never been so satisfied, they moved on my wife’s needs very prompt and Nick was great, couldn’t ask for a better team!
