Needs quality control and supervision slow responses to patients
I really like this clinic but I don’t like the attitude of the Nurse Gaby she is rude and her tone of voice really seems to have an attitude. She works with doctor Wu she calls me when my medication needs adjustments or I call her but when I call her, it seems to upset her. Also Dr Wu is really nice Dr and very patient. I would of gave it 5 stars

Rating billing/admin customer service only. I've been to this clinic a couple of times and been seen by Dr. Andrew Kim who has since moved. He was very receptive to my needs and any follow-up testing I needed to get done. Where I see a big problem is their billing. I had received a bill for outstanding charges that were past due for two visits. When I reviewed the charges they were the full amount without my insurance applied to them.
