Run as fast as you can from this company. The lying, false statements, shoddy, low grade work, lack of integrity and constant gaslighting is nonstop. Will tell you what you want to hear and then gaslight you when you question anything. If you do decide that none of this matters, do yourself one favor. I wouldn't trust Samir to put a Duplo set together let alone a Lego set. We had him do some remodeling work on a townhouse we purchased. Some of the wood siding was rotted and needed to be replaced. After the work was done I noticed that there was metal siding nailed over the rotted planks instead of them being replaced. Run as fast as you can. Samir and his wife scammed me of over $40k on a recent project. I paid over $60,000 and he only delivered on about $20k. He didn’t return all my calls. He promises heaven and earth but fails to deliver even on the basics of GC.
