bad place to work, they didn't train me, bit expected me to know how to do my job too their standard. the 2 operater/ maintenence Derik and Brandon have anger issues. Most of the employees picked at me for not doing this right not doing that right, It was just not a good work environment,
They don’t care about you lol plus as hot as it is in diecast they should be paying people A LOT more or give heat breaks at least. You’re sweating so bad the first 10 minutes. You’ll never see the management because guess what? They’re in their office in the AC. Not even worth it. Calvin is about the only decent one in upper management.
