Exceptional job of chipping $2000 Marchesini forged rims! When confronted about it, the business owner denied all responsibility! Do not take anything here unless you want your equipment ruined and then have the staff laugh at you! I wouldn't have them service my lawnmower or put air in my wheelbarrow tire!
The worst customer service I have ever seen. I took my Kasasaki in for a tune up on a Tuesday and by Friday nothing was done. I went to check on it on a Thursday and when I walked in he says can I help you and I say I am just here to check on my bike. What kind of bike do you have he asks? I say the green Kawasaki. No we haven't started on it yet. I remind him that I have a fund raiser for my brother- in-laws family on Saturday.
