Recently purchased a new KRX and then ordered some shields from corporate that were missing bolts. Corporate won't answer any form of communication. The local store wanted to sell my a new bolt kit for almost $100. It's 2 bolts and washers. You folks are horrible to good customers.
Kawasaki is by far the best brand on the market! They make quality products and have a great warranty to back it up!
I bought a 2024 ridge xr and with five hundred miles on it, and it's been in a shop 6 months waiting for an exhaust system. And all they keep saying is it's on back order.It's not good and now after 6 months they have the audacity to tell me that all the oil in the exhaust did not hurt any other component of the motor so therefore I highly recommend not to buy a kawasaki poor communication also
We bought a brand new 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR in March 2025, and it has been a complete nightmare. In July 2025 at just 4,300 miles, the engine catastrophically failed on a busy highway under normal riding conditions. The engine exploded and oil sprayed out while the bike was in motion. This was a life-threatening situation for my husband and everyone around him.
