I bought a new Ridge in January of 2026, took it back to the dealer on June 6th, told me the fuel pump was bad, they still have it some 9 weeks later an no time has been given to me on a replacement pump, ive message to the kawasaki headquarters, they told me they would give me an answer by 8/7, still havent heard nothing from them, i ask my dealer to simply take one off another machine, i was told no, so i have went all this time without my ride, an it only has 420 miles on it, something needs to be done!

I love this company! I work closely with kawasaki on a daily basis and have so much respect for them. Nick and Brian are so helpful and just flat out kick ass individuals.
Recently purchased a new KRX and then ordered some shields from corporate that were missing bolts. Corporate won't answer any form of communication. The local store wanted to sell my a new bolt kit for almost $100. It's 2 bolts and washers. You folks are horrible to good customers.
