Walked in with my daughter, 8:25 on Saturday, (Obviously missed the rush hour) 1 Very Tired waitress! Every Table not busted/cleaned! Treated Like an Inconvenience! Ordered a water, soda and an appetizer! Got a glass of water, a Can of soda, and proceeded to tell the waitress “I’ll take my appetizer to go”, LEFT A $20 bill and Me and my daughter WALKED OUT. The most expensive glass of water I have ever PAID FOR! Bought sushi at stop and shop instead!
Food was not what expected, I ask for medium steak and they gave me overcooked steak and was not fresh. The service was horrible, the lady was not a welcoming person for her customers.
Server had a terrible attitude, we tried twice coming to this place thinking she had a bad day (server) not the case. Food wasn’t where we expected. Not coming back.
We received what I honestly believe was the WORST service I’ve ever had in a restaurant from the moment we arrived. Every interaction with our waitress she couldn’t seem more annoyed for basic expectations of a restaurant like asking for water or wanting to order after sitting for 40 plus minutes. When we did order our food, several items were missed for our party of four and each dish came slamming down on the table so hard you’d think the glass was going to break.
