It was my first time in the us migrating west on a gen 1 klr. I lost my chain and sprocket. I got a tow from around flagstaff to this kawi dealership. Their service department went out of their way to get me the parts i needed and finished the job during the same day to get me back on the road and reach a job interview i had planned. It has been about six years or so, and i have been grateful ever since.
I recently bought a motorcycle and a scooter. I needed mirrors for my scooter. They are friendly and professional. Happy they are here in Prescott Valley.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Bike I looked at was listed above msrp at 12k, and 16k out the door. Sorry I'll buy used private before I buy a new bike.
