Parts customer service is awful!! Called to get a throttle tube for my 2020 Klx300r and the parts guy kept me on the phone for 8 minutes looking for the wrong part. When I said it was the wrong part he raised his tone and said this is what you said to look up!! Being a business owner myself, this is very unprofessional. Seeing this is happen on a mid week phone call is the way cowards act. Will reconsider buying from this shop due to avoiding horrible customer service from their parts desk.
They would have had to order the part I was looking for and weren't sure when it would arrive. I can do better than that in eBay. Which I did.
