Kyle was great. Had to come back twice due to the extent of our ant extermination. We now have them return every year for preventive maintenance.
Office staff are very quick to return phone calls. Kyle does a great job with our cluster fly treatment. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall does an excellent job.
I presented my pest issue and then listened to him tell me why he couldn't help me. He did not offer any solutions or advice. Very poor customer relations.
Tried several times to get in touch and was redirected through their automated system to the initial message.
