Great service. Good parking. Large comfortable waiting area. Convenient laboratory for specimen collection saving time and travel. Lovely building as well.
Useless clinic. Went in back in March to have a referal to a neurosurgeon transferred from another province. Was told they would accept my file and had it transferred from the original province which they did. Since then I have not heard a word from this office, and every time i try booking in through the walk in portal (right when it opens) I'm given a message that no times are available. this has been going on for over a month now. Disgusting.
I personally have had a very good experience with all the staff at Kawartha North in Fenelon Falls and am very lucky to be a patient of Dr Johnson.
Very happy with the care at the Bolton St location. Nurse Ashley and Dr Darkwa are wonderful. I have visited twice and their care is thorough, on time, proactive, and thoughtful. I’m so lucky I finally landed a family doctor here and I do not mind the long drive I have - the great care that I receive is worth it.
